Extron Announces Key Leadership Promotions in North America

Anaheim, California (May 27, 2025) - Extron is pleased to announce the promotions of two longtime team members into strategic leadership roles supporting continued growth and customer engagement across North America. Michael Bax (left) has been named Director of National Sales and Mike Griffin (right) has been appointed Business Development Director, USA & Canada.

In their expanded roles, both leaders will oversee critical teams that serve Extron's most important market segments and customers, including Fortune 500 corporations, government agencies, and AV professionals across the United States and Canada.

Griffin began his career at Extron in 1999 and rejoined the company in 2010 after holding several leadership roles in business development with another industry leader. He now leads a team focused on supporting key corporate, federal, and government end users with design assistance, technical support, and training.

Bax, who started in Customer Support in 2007, has risen through the ranks, holding numerous positions in account and sales management. As Director of National Sales, he is now responsible for leading the teams that support Extron's vital reseller and consultant customers.
