USB Extenders

Extron USB Extenders are specifically engineered for Professional A/V applications and enable USB peripheral devices to be remotely located up to 450 feet (135 meters) from the host computer. Extenders consist of transmitter and receiver sets that are linked together using a single, standard CAT 5/5e/6 or CAT 7 cable. USB Extenders support USB 1.0, 1.1, and 2.0 standards, and provide full, 5 VDC/ 500 mA port power for connected USB peripherals. USB Extenders are available in two convenient form factors that can be mixed and matched for ease of integration: a tabletop version and a double-spaced AAP- Architectural Adapter Plate.
