DisplayPort Adapters

The Extron DisplayPort adapters are active, one way adapters that enable transmission of digital signals from any dual-mode equipped sources to displays such as HDMI, DVI, or VGA. It supports the Version 1.1a specification and resolutions to 1920x1080 @60 Hz and 1080p/60. It is DCP and HDCP compliant. The adapter passes EDID information from various displays to the source to ensure that the source powers up properly and maintains its video output. For ease of installation, these active adapters are ideal for use when integrating DisplayPort equipped computers and other devices with projectors or flat panel displays.
